I am sure most of us wud've experienced the thrill of travelling in a share auto.....it appears that they've truly become part of mainstream public transport.
Since chennai buses are unreliable (especially during peak hours) and autos becoming recklessly expensive, this has become a convenient mode of transport to the public...
A passenger will be charged based on the destination. Theatre madhiriye balcony, thara ticket ellaam irukku.....Maximum it can hold 6 people...But these drivers are really smart that they will make room for more and more people. nice..but I do get pissed off sometimes when they act as if they're the only ones that can help you reach your destination. Over scene podama, oru 8 peru mattum ethitu pona, I would always use share auto. Frankly, I'd seen too many upturned share autos to believe all of them are safe.
